Leaders in every facet of our society have an agenda they’re striving to realize. Be it financial gain, social change, or political sway, all powerful people are working towards an agenda based on their value system.
If freedom is our agenda, it will take a value-driven initiative to achieve it.
Elon Musk’s recent stake acquisition of Twitter has many analyzing his value-system in order to predict what direction he’ll push the company. Whether you agree with Musk’s views or not, the bottom line is that values prevail. Values drive culture, society, and politics. Zuckerberg has values, Jeff Bezos has values. And if we are to not let their values determine our future, then our values must be driven.
