Since that time, mainstream media outlets have understandably been dominated by the latest frontline news, and barring the first few weeks, have largely shared a narrative that portrays Ukraine as very much in a position of strength.
However, for many experts and military analysts, this is far from a realistic reflection of events, and the true cost of this war to Ukraine doesn’t bear thinking about. In fact, my recent conversations with legendary journalist Seymour Hersh revealed some startling truths about what’s happening in the country at the government level.
