Biden has asked his administration to look into the legality of declaring a public health emergency in order to enact pro-abortion laws, the Daily Signal reported.
This is Biden’s latest move in retaliation against the Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe v. Wade, and demonstrates once again the President’s willingness to do everything possible to increase access to abortion.
Meanwhile, a poll this week showed how some incoming college students are making school choice decisions based on state abortion laws. It’s not hard to see how universities which are already struggling with dropping enrollment rates might start taking an interest in state abortion laws.
