New York's Republican candidate for governor Rep. Lee Zeldin appeared on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo, telling the Fox News host that he's going to undo the pro-criminal policies of unelected Democrat Gov. Kathy Hochul and the leadership in Albany.

“As soon as I am sworn into office, I'm going to be declaring a crime emergency here in the state of New York,” Zeldin said. “I'm going to suspend New York's cashless bail laws and some other pro-criminal laws that have been passed.”
