A new poll put out by Harris Poll/HarrisX shows Donald Trump besting Joe Biden in a hypothetical presidential matchup between the two former competitors. This indicates a fact we already knew — Americans are not happy with the status quo, and they want a return to the robust America we lived in between 2017 and the beginning of 2021.
The poll asks the question, “If the 2024 election for President were held today and it was between Donald Trump, the Republican and Joe Biden, the Democrat, who would you vote for?”
45 percent of voters responded to this question by saying they would vote for Donald Trump. 43 percent responded by saying they would vote for Joe Biden, while another 12 percent remained unsure.
The poll also asks likely voters who they would pick in a hypothetical matchup between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris. The poll here is even more favorable to the Donald — only 38 percent of respondents would pick Kamala Harris as President, while 49 percent would pick Donald Trump.

Indeed, the poll shows Donald Trump is the most favored political figure in our country — 47 percent of Americans have a favorable view of Trump. Meanwhile, Joe Biden has a measly 43 percent favorability rating — including a 51 percent disapproval rating. Meanwhile, only 40 percent of Americans have a favorable view of Kamala Harris.
The poll also finds evidence of a red wave. Republicans are seen as “focused” on the three issues that matter the most to voters per the poll — the economy, inflation/price increases, and immigration.
Meanwhile, voters see Democrats as less focused on these crucial issues. The top three issues voters think Democrats are focused on are January 6, women's rights, and environment/climate change.
The survey paints a clear picture of America heading into the midterms. We are in a state of incredible uncertainty — the Democrats are changing our country for the worse. The solution? The MAGA movement in the Republican Party. That movement alone can secure the future of America as a significant force in the world. We must conserve our cherished American values, and currently, only one Party cares about the true, the good, and the beautiful — the Party of Lincoln and the Party of Donald Trump.
