New Poll Shows Possible Red Wave: Pennsylvania Republican Senate Candidate Closes the Gap Against Democrat Opponents

Trump backed candidate, Dr. Mehmet Oz, is leading in a new poll against Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman in the race for Pennsylvania’s open Senate seat.

President Donald Trump endorsed Dr. Oz in April saying, “This is all about winning elections in order to stop the Radical Left maniacs from destroying our Country. The Great Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has a tremendous opportunity to Save America by electing the brilliant and well-known Dr. Mehmet Oz for the United States Senate. I have known Dr. Oz for many years, as have many others, even if only through his very successful television show,” Trump stated.

“Dr. Oz is Pro-Life, very strong on Crime, the Border, Election Fraud, our Great Military, and our Vets, Tax Cuts, and will always fight for and support our under-siege Second Amendment,” Trump went on to say.

According to an Insider Advantage/FOX 29 poll conducted last week, Dr. Oz is catching up to Fetterman. The two candidates are now tied, each with 46 percent of the vote. The remaining 8 percent is divided between the libertarian candidate and those who are undecided, according to FOX 29.

While confidence in Dr. Oz seems to be building, Fetterman's obvious and serious health problems are becoming more concerning to voters.

Only after being badgered by his opponent did Fetterman release his medical record, according to Newsweek. Although Fetterman's doctor claims he is fit for office, she did mention that he is still suffering from auditory issues, “occasional words he will ‘miss' which seems like he doesn't hear the word, but it's actually not processed properly,” the letter reads.

That’s a terrifying statement from Fetterman’s doctor and all the more reason why he should not serve in the senate. Luckily the voters agree and are catching onto him.
