A mother spoke out at a California Conejo Valley school board meeting to express her horror after her daughter and other classmates were subjected to a male student masturbating at the front of the classroom.
“On May 17, my seventh grade daughter, along with every other classmate, watched a boy in her class masturbate,” the mother told the Conejo Valley Unified School District School Board on September 20.
