Massive Number of Police Officers Slaughtered Across Country in Past Week as Dems Embrace Pro-Criminal Agenda

Since Monday, at least 13 police officers have been shot across the United States as crime continues to go unpunished in many of America's cities, according to the National Fraternal Order of Police (FOP).

The 13 officers shot this week join the growing list of 252 police shootings that have taken place since the beginning of the year till the end of September. Among them, 50 were killed in the line of duty and 93 of them were shot in an ambush-like attack.

Just over this past week, however, officers have been shot in Las Vegas, Nevada, Bristol, Connecticut, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Raleigh, North Carolina, and Decatur, Illinois, as reported by Townhall.

The shooting in Bristol, Connecticut led to three officers being shot: “3 OFFICERS DOWN: Please pray for the families and friends of the 2 Bristol Police officers who were fatally shot as well as a third officer who was shot while responding to a domestic incident,” the FOP tweeted. “The violence against our law enforcement is out of control. IT MUST STOP!”

Police across America have attempted to keep residents safe, but dangerous bail reform policies and progressive attorney generals unwilling to enforce the law have increasingly endangered the lives of officers.

“The spewing of anti-police rhetoric by some political and media figures as well as the failed policies of rogue prosecutor and judges are placing our officers in greater danger,” the Fraternal Order of Police tweeted on Thursday. “This culture of lawlessness must stop!”

“It was a violent week across the United States, notably for police officers,” the FOP explained, adding, “after at least 12 in law enforcement were shot in cities spanning coast to coast — leaving at least five of them dead in Connecticut, Mississippi, Nevada, and North Carolina.”

“A Culture of Lawlessness That Is Gripping This Country,” tweeted the police organization on Friday. “‘It’s thanks to bail reform, rogue prosecutors, rogue judges. They just continue to push these revolving-door policies, and the results have been just catastrophic.' 2021 had the most homicides in 30 years.”

American cities are becoming increasingly dangerous for residents and the country's police officers repeatedly put their lives on the line every day to ensure the security of residents. The Left's attacks on the boys in blue once again show their ungrateful mentality as they push policies that further endanger officers.
