On Tuesday John Kirby, a former spokesman for the Pentagon, said that LGBTQ rights are a “core part” of US foreign policy, which is just another in a long line of failed decisions coming from the Biden administration. Kirby, who now serves as the coordinator of strategic communications for the National Security Council, said that because LGBTQ rights are human rights, Biden views them as a key component to our foreign policy.
Is it any wonder why America is the laughing stock of the world right now? How can we expect foreign nations to take us seriously when we're too focused on things like “systemic racism”, LGBTQ rights, and diversity, equity, and inclusion to get anything done on the global stage?
During his press conference, John Kirby clarified the administrations stance when he said they, “are never going to shy away or be bashful about speaking up for [LGBTQ] rights and for individuals to live as they deem fit”. No matter what your stance on the LGBTQ community, I think we can all agree that our foreign policy should be focused entirely on developing the best military in the world, and that starts with the Commander in Chief, President Joe Biden.
If the White House is going to continue down this woke road, I have bad news for everyone: we're going to lose to our competitors like Russia and China. In a country that's deeply divided on what to do to fix our domestic issues, you would think that our foreign policy would be chiefly focused on creating the best military possible, instead of giving our competitors a leg up in a global arms race.

“President Biden has been nothing but consistent about his belief — foundational belief — in human rights, and LGBTQ+ rights are human rights,” Kirby said. “We again, back to the earlier question, are never going to shy away or be bashful about speaking up for those rights and for individuals to live as they deem fit, as they want to live – and that’s something that’s a core part of our foreign policy.”
Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo weighed in, arguing that American priorities might be a bit misplaced. “Our foreign policy should be focused on keeping America safe and prosperous,” he said.
“If Washington could’ve foreseen this, he prolly wouldn’t have crossed the Delaware …” Steve Cortes added.
