As if we didn't already know, it was confirmed by the group America First Legal that the Biden administration had prior knowledge, and was directly involved, in the FBI raid of Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home in Florida. Not only that, but they deliberately misinformed the American public about whether or not they knew the raid was going to take place. In fact, the Biden administration would have you believe that they were “shocked” to learn that Mar-a-Lago was being raided.
Of course, we saw right through that charade. We knew from the beginning that Biden was the one who abused his power from the White House to influence the Department of Justice to raid the Mar-a-Lago estate. The only difference now is that we have the proof, thanks to a Freedom of Information Act request from America First Legal.
So the question remains: what will Congress and the powers that be do in response to this obvious abuse of power? We know for certain what the response would be if the roles were reversed. Imagine the uproar that would happen if Donald Trump raided the estate of Barack Obama. CNN and MSNBC would label it “January 6th part II” and run the story ad nauseam. This would be the story of the century if it were Republicans raiding the home of a prominent Democrat, let alone the former President of the United States.

The Biden administration involved itself in the raid of former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home despite reports that its officials were “stunned” to find out about the news on social media, according to the group America First Legal, which obtained internal government documents related to the raid through a Freedom of Information Act request.
“The evidence further suggests that Biden officials in the Executive Office of the President and the Department of Justice unlawfully abused their power and then lied about it to the American people,” said Reed D. Rubinstein, America First Legal senior counselor and director of oversight and investigations, in a post on social media Tuesday. “This government, it seems, acknowledges no limits on its power to harass, intimidate, and silence its political opponents.”
Rubinstein's comments come after a Freedom of Information Act request by America First Legal found the FBI initially obtained access to Trump records through a “special access request” from the Biden White House.
The new information confirms Fox News reporting from August, when NARA acting head Debra Wall wrote a letter to Trump's attorney alluding to the administration's involvement.
