On Wednesday a resolution was passed by the County Commission telling attorney John Konvalinka to take legal action against the county mayor in the instance that the Weston Wamp-Rheubin Taylor dispute is not settled by today, Friday, November 18th at noon.

A legal meeting between attorney Konvalinka and the commissioners opened the meeting.

When they returned, Commissioner Warren Mackey said, “The will of the commission has not been adhered to.”

Konvalinka was authorized to “take such action as is necessary to enforce each and every resolution” by a new resolution that the commissioners passed in support of County Attorney Taylor.
