Dear Constitutional Rights PAC Patriot,
Let’s just call this a “Constitutional Rights PAC Pictogram” – because the graphic below pretty much speaks for itself.
The US government seems to have developed a decided propensity for waging war on foreign countries, large and small, without giving even the slightest thought to Article 1, Section 8, Clause 11 of the United States Constitution…
And with an anger-driven US President now in charge of the entire military-industrial complex who quite clearly is in the advanced stages of dementia, that seems like a hghly risky decided propensity.
Maybe, just maybe, it is time for the United States Congress to stop shirking its responsibility and start reasserting its sole authority for declaring war.
Just saying.
