A second batch of classified documents from the Obama administration kept by then-Vice President Joe Biden has been found by Biden's aides at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C. according to an exclusive report from NBC.

As a source, NBC has cited “a person familiar with the matter.”

As of this report, NBC News has said that little is known, such as precisely how many classified documents were found or even when they were located within the Penn Biden Center. All that is known is that Biden aides are “conducting an exhaustive search we are told of other locations to make sure they've gathered up all the classified documents that went to the wrong place because if it happened once it can happen again,” according to NBC's Ken Dilanian.

Dilanian reported the discovery alongside NBC's Carole Lee and Mike Memoli at approximately 3:30 p.m. EST.

CBS News revealed the first batch of classified documents in a report Monday. The Post Millennial has subsequently reported, “It was reported on Tuesday by another anonymous source that the intelligence materials discovered were related to Ukraine, Iran, and the UK.”

Within mere moments Republican legislators began to react to the news with Sen. Josh Hawley of Missouri tweeting, “Special Counsel.” Rep. Troy Nehls of Texas agreed, tweeting, “Attorney General Merrick Garland must appoint a special counsel.”

Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio observed, “Look how President Trump was treated when it came to so-called ‘classified' documents at his home. Now, look at how President Biden is being treated for having classified documents at the Biden Center.”

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre refused to answer questions regarding the delay between the first batch of documents being found on Nov. 2 and the information being released to the public this week.
