President Joe Biden’s approval rating among Democratic respondents collapsed by double-digits over the last month, resulting in a mere 37 percent overall job performance, one of his lowest approval ratings in his presidency.
According to a Gallup poll released Thursday, 75 percent of Democrat respondents approve of Biden’s job performance, a fall of 11 points from last month’s poll.
Only 35 percent of independents approve of Biden’s job performance, a loss of 4 points from September.
Responses from Republicans remain unchanged. According to the poll, only 5 percent said they approve of the job Biden is doing as president.
Overall, 59 percent of those surveyed think Biden is doing a poor job as president.
The Gallup poll was conducted Oct. 2-23 with a total of 1,009 respondents and a margin of error of 4 percentage points.
The survey was released just two weeks after Hamas terrorists attacked Israel, which resulted in the deaths of over 1,400 people, thousands of civilians injured, and over 200 others being taken hostage.
Gallup discovered earlier this year that for the first time, Democrats sided with the Palestinians over the Israelis.
