A Los Angeles Antifa leader is now set to be tried on sixteen different felony charges related to a savage anti-MAGA attack involving tear gas and the severe beating of teenage Trump supporters sporting ‘MAGA' clothing at the Pacific Beach Patriot March.
According to Court documentation exposed by the team at The Post Millennial, 26-year-old Brian Cortez Lightfoot, Jr., is accused of leading the gang of violent terrorists during the San Diego riot that saw Trump supporters and uninvolved beachgoers beaten on Jan. 9th, 2021.

The documents reported by Post Millennial showed that San Diego Police Detective Emily Clark testified that she considered Lightfoot to be one of the “leaders” of the Antifa cadre during the attack, noting that he was equipped with a Dewalt radio attached to the top of his tactical vest.
The assaults were numerous and lasted a long time along the boardwalk in Pacific Beach, San Diego in January 2021. The #antifa members blinded targets with pepper spray before punching and kicking them. Here’s part of the assault: pic.twitter.com/vFikfVZ41K

“That’s something that I’ve seen at protests where radios are passed out to different members of the protests and used for co-ordination throughout the duration of the protest and then turned back in,” she told the court.

According to the complaint filed by San Diego District Attorney Summer Stephan,
“On or about January 9, 2021, ALEXANDER AKRIDGE JACOBS, JESSE MEREL CANNON, AUSTIN JOSEPH, BRIAN LIGHTFOOT, CHRISTIAN MARTINEZ, LUIS FRANCISCO MORA, BRYAN RIVERA, FARAZ MARTIN TALAB, JEREMY WHITE, and ERICH LOUIS YACH did unlawfully conspire together and with another person and persons whose identity is unknown to commit the crime of Penal Code Section 404 Riot, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 182(a)(1).”
“Thereafter, in the County of San Diego, State of California, pursuant to the above conspiracy and in furtherance of the objects thereof: The Defendants are alleged to be affiliated with ANTIFA and are organized into two groups, one originating from Los Angeles and the other from San Diego. ANTIFA is known to use force, fear, and violence to further their own interests and to suppress the interests of others. This tactic is referred to as “Direct Action” and is known to mean acts of violence such as assault, battery, assault with deadly weapons, arson, and vandalism. The alleged object of this conspiracy was to incite and participate in a riot using direct action tactics.”
“On or about January 2nd, 2021, ANTIFA supporters posted on social media calling for “counterprotesting” and direct action, in response to a scheduled political demonstration at Pacific Beach on January 9th, 2021. People pledged their support and participation by liking and sharing the post, in essence agreeing to take part in the ‘direct action'.”
The complaint, which is 13-pages-long lays out the 24 different charges, 68 different “overt acts” and seven separate attacks in excruciating detail including the use of mace, physical blows with chairs as well as thrown bottles and cans, and strikes with flag poles and canes against at least 16 people including journalists and minors. These attacks rusulted in one victim being sent to the hospital.
Stephan’s office told the San Diego Union-Tribune in a January news release, “Video evidence analysis shows that overwhelmingly the violence in this incident was perpetrated by the Antifa affiliates and was not a mutual fray with both sides crossing out of lawful First Amendment expression into riot and violence.”
