Amidst growing crises at home and abroad, not the least of which is our open Southern border, the U.S. government has once again reminded us where their priorities lie.
Yesterday, the U.S. Embassy to the Vatican hoisted the pride flag and the Department of Homeland Security held a LGBTQI+ flag-raising ceremony.
And so it begins— pride month. Thirty days (in addition to several other days throughout the year) wherein we watch our federal and local governments, big corporations and small businesses, communities and maybe even churches, worship an ideology based on degeneracy and chaos.
I challenge you to take an alternative take on this month, one that is the opposite of pride: humility.
When you look at the generations being lied to and abused, the rhetoric overwhelming our entire society, and the government promoting it all — is there any other posture to take but humility?
